Emi works at a law firm. She has promised her colleague Makoto that she will marry him after passing the bar exam. One day, a man named Ishigami, who runs a black-market money business, complains about her past defense and sets Emi up with him. The next day, Emi asks her boss, a lawyer, for advice, but he brushes her off and tells her that Takimoto will soon be closing his office. Ishigami visits Mai again in confusion. Ishigami visits Mai again and commits more acts of lewdness with his minions! Takimoto and Ishigami have been colluding with each other, and have been working together to commit evil deeds.
